What's done, what's left

How to read this: Almost everything in the editor is built and probably works — but "probably" is how little bugs slip through. So everything starts yellow ("built, needs testing") and only goes green after a real test proves it. The yellow count isn't bad news — it's just the honest to-do list of what we still need to click through together. We turn them green one at a time so they can't quietly break again. The purple items at the bottom are what we're planning next — not built yet.
